We found Union Port Hotel perfect for our needs. We arrived Istanbul a day before boarding our cruise ship. This hotel is located walking distance to cruise port though recommend a cab as it would be difficult to pull luggage even the relatively short distance. I mainly booked for the hotel's location and Bosphorus view room: neither disappointed. The hotel is an easy walk from not only quiet and cozy neighborhood shops and restaurants, but major shopping/night life areas and public transportation options through Taksim Square. Great place for a single woman. Location is great because the area is safe and busy till very late/early morning. It’s very close to public transportation, so it has easy access. Plus, this hotel is actually quiet which is rare for the Taksim area.

Good location and rooms are clean

We had a great 3 night stay. Juyla was exceptional. She was so sweet and nice and made our stay memorable. The place was comfortable, close to Taksim Square, has a small kitchenette which was all we need. We highly recommend it.

When I booked this hotel I never thought that his hotel would be truly a luxurious haven in the heart of the Beyoglu distritct, near to most attractions. The rooms apart from spacious are tastefully decorated and contain every possible item a traveler could need. The top floor where breakfast and dinner is served provides extraordinary views of the bosforus, the horn and Topaki Palace. Also, the staff are very helpful. I hope to return soon.

I have been traveling for the past twenty seven years and this was my fourth trip to Istanbul. Hotel Divan is a classy hotel, close to metro, lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very clean, good breakfast, beside the buffet guests can order other meals (Omelette, Egg Benedict, Veggie platters). Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. The Celine is a very nice hotel tucked into a small street not far from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was awesome (cold cuts/bread at hand, and hot food such as omelettes and pancakes made to order). The breakfast servers were especially friendly and professional. Fantastic location close to Sultanahmet and transportation to all places in Istanbul. Walking to Galata tower and Galata Port. Amazing staff, attention and food at the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast there was very very good. Will definitely return.
