"This property should not be listed in Expedia and I am shocked they allow this to happen. There is no check in desk. Several times I attempted to contact the hotel prior to arrival to see exactly what the check in procedure was. I never received and answer. I had to book another hotel and ended up losing $300 as I could not count on these people meeting me after a 30 hour journey to Malaysia. It appear this room is a BNB and owned by the mainland Chinese. Everyone should avoid booking this...

"We stayed for 4 nights in this property. Our first day apartment we checked-in was not good as it was located on lower floors 4th Floor of the building adjacent to the pool area. It was infested with roaches everywhere. Bath rooms were smelly and unbearable. Could not stay in the apartment for more than 30 Minutes.
