"When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. The bathroom had leakages on the ceiling and water from above was dripping below. The towel had a stench as well. We requested to be transferred to another room. Room was clean, Smart TV could connect to our Netflix account, and a new air con had been installed which was cold and powerful! Appreciate the new air con, and space for a small dining table.
