Checked-in luggage cannot be retrieved if guests stay in the transit hotel.

This property can only be booked by guests who are in transit on international flights, or who are departing on an international flight from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Guests departing on an international flight must have a valid boarding pass (flight check-in via web applicable) and only carry hand luggage. Guests on a connecting international flight must stay in the transit area, have a valid boarding pass, and only carry hand luggage. Please note that guests cannot access or retrieve their checked luggage while staying in the hotel.
