Kind staff and perfect, centralized location for Nice.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and the room was clean. Nice swimming pools and excellent restaurant at the rooftop.

This has been a true experience - it seemed like the good old days when checking in the hotel. Staff was fantastic: they were expecting us, so the whole process was very fast. They walked us in the room; explained how everything worked; recommended a fantastic restaurant and did the reservation for us. The view was breathtaking - no better word to describe it. Wonderful hotel in the heart of old Nice! Close to everything. Large comfortable and clean rooms. Very nice and helpful staff.

Good hotel, but not easy to manage temperature. It was controlled by the front desk and they made us feel like it was our issue (we do know how to work a thermostat) ended up opening our windows to keep the room comfortable. Also, requested to know if room service was 24hr (it was not) and was kind of barked at when told it was only open when the restaurant was. Otherwise, no other issues.

Decent stay, okay for a night or 2. Its close to the tram and bus station to eze, menton. The room itself is decent.

From the moment we arrived, Pierre welcomed us like old friends. He made us a cup of coffee and held our bags until our room became available. We toured a bit and upon return our bags were in our room. The room was well styled, comfortable, dark and quiet. His daughter gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and transportation. It is a gem of a hotel.

The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night.

A truly fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Traveling as a solo female I felt safe and loved the beautiful decorations in the room, which was also quite large! Very walkable to everything including public transport, the beach, and old town. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again, thanks for a wonderful stay!

Exquisite hotel! Service was impeccable. The two restaurants and the bar were beyond exceptional. This hotel is simply top notch. From its history, to all its ornamental architecture, to all of its artwork, we simply did not want to leave. Fascinating stay. Well trained staff who exceeds every expectation.

Our room, 31, was super cute and spacious. AC was awesome. Loved the communication through whatsapp and staff was helpful especially with recommendations. Checking in they give you a map and give info and recommendations to get the most out of every visit.

Out of all of the hotels my family and I stayed in over our three-week travels throughout Europe, this hotel has by far the friendliest staff we’ve ever come across. They make you feel that you’re the most important person in the world.

I enjoyed my 4 nights stay at Hotel De Provence. This hotel is a block from Rue D'Antibes (main shopping center) and maybe two blocks from the beach. Near to restaurants and everything Cannes has to offer. Jean was gracious, and helpful with directions to the nearest attractions. Slavica was also attentive and both speak good english.
