"This is such a charming place tucked away by a sweet lake with swimming and shade. We thought we had booked a place with the same name on Lake Molveno so were initially disappointed when we arrived to a different hotel/lake. But it turned out to be much nicer for us, more relaxed, less busy, more authentic. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen, large bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was generous and the staff was very helpful....

A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? "The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

"Check in was quick and easy and not far from this property. There is no front desk at the property as it is an apartment building, but the affiliated hotel where you check in is very close by. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for my stay. It was close to the grocery store restaurants and the waterfront so very easy to navigate. Beautiful views and great area!"

"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. "Haben spontan gebucht und wurden daher auch nicht erwartet. Wurden jedoch von den Eltern sympatisch empfangen. Leider hatte es keine CI Karte im TV und dadurch konnten wir auch nicht fernsehen. Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack sehr hart. An sonsten stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis."
