"The service was excellent and met all expectations you might have. Despite us making changes short term and have a very late arrival Dana was there to make sure all was perfect. 5 stars from us. "A nice little inn , but in sort of a remote town with out much charm. Our room over looked the garage and a farm next door, so we heard chickens and roosters. The only negative with the room was the local dogs all bark at 2:00 am; I assume there were deer going through the area, but once one dog started, they all chimed in. "Very nice lady operating it, and place is cool, but unfortunately whole experience was destroyed by nobody on site at arrival, could not reach through phone written next to door for 15 minutes, the phone number in confirmation email was wrong, someone else answered. One I reached someone they said “one minute” but still took 15 to arrive. I got late for a dinner reservation due to this. Once my money is taken I would expect a key ready on arrival, at least at 6pm in the evening, otherwise it is...

"This large country home easily fit our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Giordana was immediately responsive to inquiries before, during and after our stay. The pool was really a sitting pool to cool off in, you could not actually swim, which we knew. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were large, bathrooms sufficient. Our host even helped arrange a private Cooking lesson for our family which was fantastic. I highly recommend this home near Asti and Alba."
