Great house, property manager very communicative and helpful. Enjoyed the location. Parking was tricky but she was very open about this when booking, we only had one car do not an issue. Nicely decorated, would stay here again on future trip!

We were traveling with our 2 children, 6 and 2 years old. The house is extremely charming and we found it to have everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable as a family. From the pack n’ play, to the high chair to the humidifiers - we continued to be pleasantly surprised whenever we had a family need and found something in the house to fill it. It was a pleasure to meet Pippin as we were leaving. He is a very kind and attentive host!

Adorable, clean, safe, comfortable and the perfect place to stay for 6 days! This home is an ideal little 'cottage' tucked away on a quiet street in one of the best neighborhood's in Cincinnati. This cute, clean home is tucked away in the heart of Hyde Park, a charming, walkable neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Situated between Hyde Park, East Hyde Park and Mt. Lookout, you have easy access to a wide range of restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely book again.

For the first time being away from home on Easter, we came in to town to watch our son who plays baseball at Xavier against Bowling Green over Easter weekend. Pippin and Jenni’s House was a terrific place to spend our Easter. We had my son and his teammate over for Easter brunch. Are very quiet street/neighborhood, and extremely convenient to Hyde Park, as well as Xavier University. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place! We will absolutely stay there again.

This home is very nicely furnished and is in a great area of Cincinnati. As veterans of vacation rentals, we especially appreciated the nice touches such as some refreshments in the fridge, shampoos & conditioners, hair dryer, coffee / coffee maker. , etc. it’s amazing how many rentals don’t offer conveniences such as these.

This home is tucked away in a lovely Cincinnati neighborhood. Property was exactly as advertised in the listing. Everything was clean and ready for us at check in time. The home itself had everything we could need for a comfortable weekend stay. We had a question when we got there, and the owners were only a phone call away. Close to shops and restaurants. The house is located in a secluded street and all the houses look like English cottages. Within a few minute drive, you are close to many stores and restaurants. I knew very little about Cincinnati but was told Hyde park is a very safe area and great place for walking around (stores, parks, etc). It truly is. My family and I enjoyed the area very much. The house itself is well kept and was perfect for my family of 4. Totally recommend.
