Comforter was yellowing at the edges like it hadn't been washed in a year. Bath tub has peeling paint and stains in it. Breakfast was okay except that many of the things had run out and not been replaced. Renovations were happening in the breakfast area as we ate.

Found a vape in the couch and a McDonald’s toy in the drawer. Shower was a little dirty in the creases. Missing the small things. Convenient tho. Eggs and sausage were cold at breakfast this morning.

absolutely awful, got out room and it smelled like cigarettes asked for a second room and the sheets had dirty stains finally moved us to a third room and it was decent but still just gross. the poor looked awful.

Lighting in the room was TOOdim. Coukd barely see ti get ready. 1 bar of soap for sink and shower. Trim in tge barhroom was not done well. Caulk was used more than wood in places. Room was close ti Kings Island which is why we were there.

I booked this hotel a week before my stay. Once I arrived and checked in the hotel staff gave me a DIRTY room, did NOT have another room to offer me and I ended up staying the night in my car at a rest area because I was 4 HOURS away from home in the middle of the night. And still we don’t have any way of figuring out how to get my damn money back.

This hotel is very clean. Staffs are helpful. They provided bottle water and fruits for guess. Our room 217 sink stopper is missed. Hope they can fix it. Will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Very clean , friendly staff, nice pool with good hours, breakfast was great, even with the crew working around the building it was still our favorite hotel so far in the area within the last month, and we have stayed in 5 while traveling for work.

The property wasn’t clean like it should’ve been. The pool is being operated against codes due to a cleanliness violation from July. They only do housekeeping on the third day of your stay. They ran out out of towels the day we arrived. No telephone in our room which was a safety hazard. Toilet wasn’t properly working no one came to fix it.
