About this property

Modern Home w/ Great Amenities

  • This amazing modern townhome is one of my favorite places to stay. Its centrally located and sits next some great attractions that families can enjoy. You can literally walk out the front door and within walking distance are attractions such as Top Golf, AMC Cinema, Main Event as well as several great restaurants like PF Changs and Bravo right at your finger tips. The home is fully equipped and includes great WiFi for those working from home. This is the great option for a home away from home!!!

Really enjoyed our stay there. Booked for my daughter’s college graduation at Miami University to allow us room to eat in and comfortable space for all. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and close to many restaurants and activities (Top Golf, AMC movie theater) and reasonable drive to Oxford and not have to deal with the chaos there locally during graduation ceremonies.

Safe neighborhood in a convenient location!

This property was very easy to get to and had plenty of street parking in front of the house. Check in was a breeze and everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again when I'm in town.

The property was great for our group of five people. The host responded very quickly to all of our questions before and during the stay. The property was clean. There was plenty of parking. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath (toilet and sink) on the second floor and three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third floor. Whoever stays on the first floor has to go to the second floor to use them toilet and third floor to take a shower. This was not a problem for us. I just like to know this info when I am looking for a place to stay, so I am putting it here to help others. This is a great property. We would stay here again.

Great Place, Exactly As Advertised

Spacious, comfy and easy to access. Beds are extremely comfortable. Close to a ton of stuff to do. Was a teeny bit messy on arrival but nothing too egregious. Would highly recommend for groups of 4.

The home was perfect. The teenagers were able to entertain themselves on the 2nd floor while the adults got their rest in the bedrooms on the basement floor and 3rd floor. Very convenient location to both Cincinnati Zoo and King’s Island. The property owner was very responsive and good to work with. Nice to have a garage.

Wedding in Cincy

We had a group of 6 adults with us from Texas, and everyone found their stay to be comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe and close to activities we wanted to do. We never figured out the internet and TV, likely human error, but everything else was great. We would recommend this location and property for sure!

Home for the holidays

Really enjoyed this townhouse. It was a nice quiet area and the location is great. Well maintained, spacious, and clean. Getting to pull our car in the garage was a nice bonus. And the BEST checkout process ever! We'll return for sure.

The house is in a great location. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The carpet is dated and dingy, the towels are just okay. The couch needed to be vacuumed. Hair and food on and in the cushions. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. It was nice to have access to the garage for parking a car.

Nice Condo

Overall, the condo was comfortable, lots of room and well stocked with the essentials. Location was good with a variety of restaurants located nearby.Had a few minor maintenance items that were reported to host. Big negative was the condition of the carpeting which was very worn and looked filthy.

Nice Place!!

Modern. Clean! Well kept. Tvs in EVERY room!! Plenty of space with 4 beds. Slight hiccup checking in (power outage), but owner communicated promptly and even offered to buy dinner due to the delay. Would definitely stay again!!

Ohio Christmas

Our second stay here and it is so comfortable! Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen and the home had everything we needed. Love how well supplied they keep all paper products too. And they don’t have a long list of items to complete for checkout which is so nice. Oh, and we loved getting the use of the garage too! We’ll be back! Thanks!

Close to Kings Island

Very close to Kings Island made that part of the experience great ...however the carpets coming upstairs to the main living space were very dirty. I can't candy coat it any better than that, put the carpets at the top of the maintenance list....please
