Event stay

We had a great stay at the property. The amenities provided were very good and easy accessibility to the downtown with covered parking was a great plus for our requirements. Jennifer was easy to reach out and very responsive.

Great location, clean, excellent stay!

This place was perfect! Great location for easy walk to OTR and short drive anywhere else we wanted to go. Garage parking was a plus! The place was clean and well-furnished and the property manager was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Cincinnati.

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend! We took the kids to the Newport Aquarium and the Children’s Museum and the location of this home was absolutely perfect! It was so clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Everything seemed brand new even though I know with all the great reviews it couldn't be. Every detail was thought of, owner checked in to make sure we were ok. Felt like staying at a hotel but also someone's home. Super quiet but also so close to everything - especially TQL stadium. What a gem! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful start to finish

If it were possible to give 6 stars, I would. The property was exactly as advertised, had everything we needed, and the location is convenient and quiet. Jenn’s helpful tips and responsiveness made sure we were able to make the most of our family spring break trip to Cincinnati and I hope we’re able to make another visit soon.

This home is absolutely beautiful with all of the amenities you can think of. The owner was available throughout my entire trip, the neighbors were courteous and we didn’t even leave because we were so comfortable in this home. It is convenient and centrally located, on a quiet street and great for families. Just book it!

Jennifer had everything covered for us so we could focus on an awesome trip! Very nice place and close to everything. Just a few minutes away from the interstate so you can get places quickly. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect family friendly home

Our family stayed here for the Flying Pig Marathon weekend. It was an easy walk to the expo and start line for race morning. The entire experience here was wonderful with excellent communication and everything exactly as described!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful. Exactly as pictured. We walked to just about everything. Host recommended many restaurants/ things to see which was an added bonus. Can't wait to visit again.

This rental was perfect for our weekend. Property was as described and immaculate. Although we didnt need anything, Jenn was always and touch and I got the sense she would have been more than happy to accomodate (within reason). This was a guys weekend and we all live in Cincinnati. This rental was great for being tourists in our own city. A+++ Jenn

Birthday get away

We met in Cincinnati for a birthday celebration. The house was great for us! The location was convenient and quiet. It was nice to have garage space for two cars. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Jennifer was very attentive and I would recommend this property.

Great place for a girlfriend’s getaway!!

This place was very spacious and well stocked with everything you need. Walkable to all kinds of restaurants , breweries, and wineries! We went to a flea market in Washington park that was fun. Such a pretty park!! Nice outdoor patio. Went there with three high school friends celebrating our birthdays and had a fantastic time!! Would definitely stay here again. Nice to have a garage to park in too !!

Exactly what we needed!

The place was perfect! The description and the pictures were 100% accurate. The house was extremely clean. The host checked in by text to make everything was going well. The location allowed us to walk to restaurants and it was so easy to get to any highway that we needed as well. Only gave 5 stars because that is the most the survey allowed. It is a 10 in my book! Definitely will stay here again.
