"Overall, this is a good property. The rooms and public spaces were clean. There is wear and tear with the furniture, but that’s to be expected. The breakfast was general ok, but they were super short staffed, and the egg line as out the door. This was due to having one person running that station. Parking is ample, but the spaces in the garage are very narrow. Expect to pay per day for parking. Access to downtown via walking is fantastic, and recommend upgrading to a river view room. The view is fantastic."

"I reserved a queen suite as we were coming from out of town for a surprise birthday party. Or flight got in earlier. I went in to check if we could get checked in early, the lady at the front said the room wasn’t ready and to give her my number and she would call once the room became available. We never got that call, after driving around for a bit, we came back that afternoon and was able to check in. We later discovered that the air in the front part of the suite was out. My husband went down to let them know at the front- were offered a different room but not a suite because we were told no other suites were available- we declined because we needed the space off the suite, we were told that mainly had gone for the day but someone from maintenance would come in the morning (Saturday) by the time we checked out on Sunday no one from maintenance had come to fix the air. We were also told that due to the inconvenience we would get a discount on our final invoice- we were charged the full amount."
