"Great location, newer beds and linens, the portion to where we stayed seemed to be recent renovated. Only downfall was the breakfast, I would expect nicker and fresh bread for the price, cheese bread was hard as a rock and some eggs packed (sort of if) dry as well. I want to pointed out that we got to the breakfast room at 9:15am on Sunday and they were closing at 10:00am."

The staff is wonderful, the valet service is seamless, and the overall experience is always high-quality. Room is clean and nice. The amenities here are great—the restaurant and breakfast are both highlights of the stay, and I always enjoy the gym and the nice pool area. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable; however, they are starting to feel a bit dated after all these years. While everything is well-maintained, a modern refresh would really bring the guest rooms up to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Still my go-to choice after a decade!"

"Room and property is nice enough. Only major complaint is that the master bed is tiny and very hard. Felt like a box spring, not a mattress. Otherwise, apartment is clean and AC was just enough no keep cool. "

"Hotel in the central area of Cuiabá, with a good location. However, the property is in urgent need of some improvements and renovation. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is outdated and worn. The common areas are a bit aged and could benefit from a more modern design. Breakfast is good, but I missed having more healthy and light options. The staff was friendly and helpful. "
