"The photos on the website are seriously misleading — the actual property looks nothing like them, and the exterior is poorly maintained. The room lighting is harshly bright with no way to soften it, and the AC is a nightmare: it’s loud and cycles between too hot and stuffy or freezing cold with nothing in between. Noise was a constant issue — thin walls and guests slamming doors made it hard to relax or sleep. No breakfast offered either. The one bright spot? Georgie at the front desk. Genuinely the best front desk experience I’ve had — friendly, helpful, and a total pro. She deserves better surroundings to work in."

"The breakfast was terrible. Our room had a worn out bed and missing the bedding for the pullout bed. We asked three different times for blankets and it took them two days to get them to us. Also there were people outside our room around 1 am being extremely loud and the staff did nothing to quiet tem down. Overall it was the worst stay at a hilton i have ever had. Hilton normally provides us a great experience but not this location."

"We arrived at the property and it was not clean, the grounds were not kept up, and the pool was disgusting. The house is listed as a 5 bedroom house but it's really a 4 bedroom with a small office that they count as a bedroom. The property manager was nice and provided us with a full refund immediately."

"I paid for my reservation and the host had no communication with me, terrible service, and he canceled my reservation an hour after I was supposed to enter the property"
