Great boutique hotel with tons of charm. Parking situation was interesting, considering the neighborhood, but we had no problems overall. The rooms felt very clean and cozy, and the social places were great. Would 100% come again.

Property itself was beautiful and in a great area within proximity to lots of shops and food. Absolutely no noise control however— be wary if you get placed in a room by the exit door, which shuts extremely loud and hard and you will not sleep, especially if the hotel is hosting a party.

Gorgeous hotel in the quaint Bishop Arts neighborhood of Dallas. Lovely restoration and design details with comfortable bedding and local bath amenities. Free parking in the lot or on the street and about a 10-15 minute walk to the immediate Bishop Arts area with shops and dining. I didn't have enough time to try out the restuarants in the area, but I would have loved to try Michelin starred Lucia. Don't miss Traders for bagels, coffee, beer, wine, or sandwiches! P.S. If you're arriving in at night, the immediate street may look a little rough, but this hotel is a gem and the area is incredibly safe with an elementary school right across the street.

Very unique place. Good water pressure in the shower and one of the most comfortable beds I've been on. Staff was very friendly.

It’s a comfortable and exceptionally warm space in terms of design. Custom wallpaper, moulded half-walls and an almost throwback to older times in term of room design. The staff is exceptional as well, beyond friendly and accommodating! This has to be the best room I’ve stayed in so far. Thank yall

What an amazing place to stay. I read a lot of the reviews here and thought it sounded exactly like what I wanted. I arrived to see it was even better than I imagined. I think I've found my go-to when I'm in the area. Our room was clean and perfect. The staff were great and parking wasn't a problem.

The Madison

This hotel is very vintage and very well kept. The old style rooms and parlor make for an amazing effect. Check in, while very different from other hotels, was very simple and worked amazingly because it was so organized. I would stay there again.
