"The front desk staff were amazing! The rooms were comfortable. There was a good variety of food available. The only thing I can say is that the food was exactly the same the entire stay. A bit more variety of eggs cooked differently would be nice. But, overall, we loved our stay there and plan to return again next year!"

"Did not end up staying. The description for the hotel states wheelchair and van parking. Upon arrival there was no where to park a van and trailer. Nothing was specified about there not being parking for oversized vehicles. The front desk clerk was not helpful at all, and even though there was a sign on the wall that stated that there was a manager on site. The manager was not there. When the front desk clerk tried to call the manager about the problem, the manager did not answer. Then the clerk proceeded to go to the back room and did not come out for the remainder of the time. Expedia was able to resolve our issue and canceled the rooms with a full refund due to the inaccurate description about the hotel. Would not recommend this to anyone who is traveling with a van, RV or any other oversized vehicle."

"So noisy throughout the night. Very thin walls and workmanship. Asked to be moved on second night but manager said all rooms were the same way. Other guests behind me at counter were complaing about outlets not working and one guest said they had to unplug refrigerator due to noise it made. Building was very nice but horrible stay."

"Great location, our room had a great view of the mountains and the beds were comfortable. That is where the positives end. Everything else was not good. Front desk lady didn't greet me, wasn't cheerful and didn't even want to get out of her chair from the office when I arrived. She just leaned back in the chair and asked what I needed. When I said I was checking in, I think I ruined her night by making her get up. However the guy in the morning at check out was friendly. Next, our room was not cleaned properly, someone's old food was left in the fridge. Regarding the property, there was a plastic bag covering something in the ceiling. Taped up and just looking really trashy. The carpet was sooo filthy and pieces of the carpet were peeled up. Breakfast was not good either. We are 3 people who are not picky about food and we couldn't finish after a couple bites. I will not stay here again if im in the area."
