This hotel was reasonably priced, very clean and nice, and the downtown location is perfect! I was there during the Monster Day festival and I was able to walk out the front door and be at the farmer's market and just a skip away from the festival. This hotel is also just a block down from my favorite store Mystic Willow Boutique! The food at the restaurant was also fantastic. I hope to stay here every time I'm in Greeley!

The toilet wasn’t working when I went to use it and had to use the lobby toilet 2 times. They said they couldn’t fix it until 7 AM the next day. I left early morning the next day. When I returned later that day the toilet still wasn’t working. They finally sent someone to repair it. Also the key to the door wasn’t working and i couldn’t get in the room. I asked for some kind of resolution and they said they would speak to management about my concerns. Over the next few days I heard nothing from them. Next year I will stay somewhere else.

We reserved a lovely corner room. Everything was great in the room except a very slow draining bathroom sink (I told the staff & it was not looked into). We did not get housekeeping service for bed making or fresh towels. The restaurant staff was great. The morning coffee was wonderful.
