The Hotel Valencia Riverwalk truly impressed me from every point of contact throughout my stay. The entire hotel exhibited cleanliness that met my high expectations. The staff was beyond accommodating. I could go on and on about the great things in the room, but you will have to see for yourself. I don’t plan to stay anywhere else when I come back to San Antonio. "The host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Amenities could use an upgrade which she stated she would be doing. Only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel, no washcloths for the bathroom. No dishcloths or kitchen towels. My Husband said the sofa needs to be repaired or replaced and there were only local tv stations. Overall, it filled our needs."
