Superb holiday home with garden in Serinchamps

In the middle of the field, to the edge of a large forest, this beautiful holiday home in Rochefort perfect stay to the lovers of comfort and tranquility. With 5 bedrooms, a well-equipped open kitchen, and a terrace this home can host a group of up to 10 people.

Marche-en-Famenne town centre is 5 km away. If you would like to go for a picnic on the creekside, la Lesse River is only a short drive away.

The home has been completely renovated and everything is there for your comfort: excellent beds, sanitary facilities in each room, fully equipped kitchen, nice wood floors, laundry room. Each room has beautiful countryside views. On the nice terrace, you can enjoy a good barbecue in a peaceful setting while the children play table tennis in the playroom. The wood stove is only decorative (no fire possible).

Guests can check-in from 4-6 PM whereas check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Super verblijf gehad!!! Na het lezen van enkele recencies dachten we een misboeking gedaan te hebben maar dit was niet minder waar. De eigenaar heeft persoonlijk contact met ons opgenomen zodat we konden beschikken over hun nummer en kregen handige PDF files met uitleg van het huisje en to do`s in de omgeving. Het sleutelkastje openen was heel gemakkelijk als je de instructies volgt. Het huisje is vrijstaand en lekker rustig, dat er geen wifi is stoorde ons helemaal niet om volledig tot rust te komen :) De kachel was gemakkelijk in gebruikt (als je weet hoe je met kachels moet omgaan), en het huisje was zeer proper! alles ter beschikking in de keuken wat je nodig hebt en de kamers waren heel proper. Een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad en fijn contact met de verhuurders. TOP!

Mooi huis dat zeer rustig is gelegen. Voldoende kamers, badkamers en benodigdheden. Best meer uitleg geven hoe je aan de sleutel kan geraken bij aankomst, was niet duidelijk. Mag ook wel eens grondig gepoetst worden. Kortsluiting gehad bij het gebruik van het koffiezetapparaat. We hebben contact opgenomen met Belvilla en de huisbaas ging langs komen maar deze hebben we niet gezien.

Mooi en gezellig huis. 5 slaapkamers voor 2 personen met elks een eigen wasvoorziening is luxe. Sleutel te verkrijgen met code is zeer handig. Goede ligging, dichtbij autostrade (niet te dicht) en mooi afgelegen. Enkele nadelen: kortsluiting bij gebruik koffiezetapparaat, moeilijk te verwarmen beneden, afwasmachine werkt niet goed, mag grondiger gepoetst worden (vuil onder bed). Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf maar aangezien de woning moeilijk te verwarmen was gaan wij hier niet nog een keer verblijven.

Leuk gelegen huis, vlakbij mooie bossen. Grote tuin waar de kinderen zich hebben kunnen uitleven. Huis lijkt ons wel wat klein voor 10 personen (wij waren er met 2 volwassen en 2 kinderen). Huis is goed en volledig uitgerust. Recent gerenoveerd, maar vertoont al tekenen van slijtage (keukenkastjes, douches). Tijdens ons verblijf was er redelijk wat geurhinder van de septische put - dat wordt hopelijk snel opgelost door de eigenaar.

Een schitterend verblijf in een oase van rust. Let wel op dat je geen spullen achterlaat zoals bijvoorbeeld een dure zonnebril. Ondanks je de exacte plek opgeeft, geeft Benjamin de verhuurder aan dat er niets ligt. Hij wil het niet terugsturen, of kan het niet omdat bijv. de schoonmaker deze heeft gestolen. Ik vind het in ieder geval schandalig.
