"Excelente. Las habitaciones estaban en muy buenas condiciones, y limpias al igual que el resto del hotel. El hotel está ubicado cerca del centro histórico de Porto lo cual es muy conveniente. El staff muy amable y el desayuno muy variado. El aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien durante nuestra estadía en el hotel."

"Great location. Got told there was parking and there was not. Had to take car to local garage which worked out ok but front desk staff didn’t seem too eager to help us figure it out. Rooms were nice and big . Location was great and patio on rooftop was very nice overlooking the river"

"Beautiful converted Palace on the banks of the Douro river. Convenient shuttle bus into Porto town centre twice a day. Very pleasant staff, ample parking. The hotel itself is a little bit of a maze. Breakfast was very tasty. If and when we return to Porto, I would be happy to book this hotel again."

"The staff was great. Location was good. No drawers or storage spaces so for someone traveling for a month in Europe it was a little tough to manage suitcases and clothing. Bathroom shelf provided ample space."

"Overall we had a great time staying at Jam Porto, the location is excellent with the metro station 5 mins away. The hotel was very clean and beds made daily. The pool area was lovely but we struggled to get a sun bed. The layout of the rooms was unusual and quirky and did mean they were dark inside as the bedroom was located upstairs. The stairs were also very odd, half steps to accommodate the steepness making them feel quite dangerous. There was air-con in the room but it is controlled at reception and the default setting was high, we asked for it to be lowered which it was but wasn’t very effective and it didn’t reach the upstairs bedroom at all but there was at least a fan provided for the bedroom."
