Room was lovely and clean, sink badly cracked but everything else ok. Breakfast excellent. spa facilities seemed very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit out of the centre which was ok but for one thing - one street which we accidentally returned by on first afternoon glaringly the red light area - minutes from the hotel. I was glad I was not alone as I often am on holiday. Only reason I would not return to the hotel. Ok for a couple or group not a solo female traveller

I didn't love the way they sprayed something in the room when they cleaned it. They did a great job cleaning the room and didn't need to spray air freshener in it. Bring a swim cap for the spa.

A had a wonderful stay. everything was perfect. The staff were wonderful, hard worker, helpful, always maintaining cleanness. Spa and gym exceptional (didn’t try the massage but another time I will). The service was wonderful. The food breakfast and Dinner was sublime with a lot of choice. The view from the building is impressive, especially the night. Everything was close, you can reach shops and restaurant walking… Lovely time really!!! *Just no iron really available at the hotel so bring your own if you think you will need one.

This is a so-so, mid range hotel with marginally comfortable beds and furniture that needs repair. The shower room is quite nice. It's also very difficult to find if you are not driving.

Room needs repairs, avoid rooms near lift.

Noise from lifts kept me awake until late then woke me early in the morning. The sink had a crack in it, the shower went hot and cold, and the grout on the tiles was black in places. However, the hotel has a nice gym and swimming pool with great views. The breakfast was good also. It's a shame the room I stayed in was not better.

Stayed for a night. Location is good, near sta catarina shopping street and supermarket. The hotel is old, it has seen better days. Carpets, elevator, room furnishings are old and look worn out. Not a lot of bathroom amenities. Good breakfast but breakfast room also needs an update

The gym and pool were not available due to refurbishment, but I was not informed. Given this must have been planned, I am surprised that I wasn't informed and that it wasn't made clear on the hotel.com site. I could have paid less in other hotels

Overpriced…

The hotel is in a nice area and staff were so kind but the price is so much for the room. When you pay much you expect a big room with options. The AC was so old and the bathroom ventilation was broken. The flow of the water in the shower was bad and it was continuously hot and cold. Also they say the restaurant is open till 10.30 for breakfast but if you go at 10.15 you ll see many things are taken, you can’t get omelettes even you can’t find tea to drink. So what is the logic, just close the restaurant at 10.00 then…

Muy buen hotel y bastante bien situado. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Desayuno muy bueno. El único punto negativo, es el horario restringido que tiene el gimnasio y la piscina ya que cierran a las 22h, así que si te gusta hacer ejercicio después de esa hora, tienes que buscarte otras alternativas. En general muy buena experiencia y hotel muy recomendable.

Le personnel à l accueil et au restaurant ont été très agréables. L hôtel est à 15 minutes à pieds du centre historique ou à 2 minutes du métro, donc bien situé. Le lieu est très calme. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Dommage que la moquette soit tachée et la baignoire retouchée, ce n' est pas digne d un 4☆ et la chambre un peu vieillotte. Impossible d accéder au SPA (jaccuzi, sauna ..) sans bonnet de bain, une première mondiale en ce qui me concerne !! Et ce n est précisé nul part à la réservation ! De même, il faut réserver un horaire, ce qui est peu pratique quand on visite une ville. J ai payé un 4☆ avec SPA inutilisable, je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel.
