"Ad un passo dal centro di Macerata (50 mt. da Piazza Mazzini) c’è questo piccolo b&b situato al primo piano di un palazzo “d’epoca” che ho trovato pulito ed accogliente, come Simone il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile. Ho dimenticato un caricabatterie, e Simone mi ha chiamato dicendomi che sarebbe stato vicino casa mia (Roma) e me lo avrebbe reso. Piccolo aneddoto che conferma la gentilezza del proprietario. Grazie per tutto. "

"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"b&b Pontemare is in an apartment building with a view of the sea, but beside a train track and about 10 miles away from Ancona. there is an hourly city bus to connect to Ancona. the breakfast was good, but it was more like staying in a home than in a hotel. the host were friendly and helpful enough."

"Amazing location with romantic summer evening walks in countryside dirt road full of flashing fire flies. In the morning we have got delicious breakfast from local food. Staying was very pleasant in a very nice designed room and house and garden. We recommend also a hike to caves nearby for more advanced hikers. "

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... The pool was very clean and also cleaned during our stay. We had a great welcome. There are fantastic views across the valley to the mountains - we were treated to a pair of eagles every day and encountered a beautiful stag on one of our night time drives back to the villa.
