"Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. "

"We enjoyed every day in and around the house! The house is well equipped and comfy, wonderful garden to relax. Region is just great for road bicycling (start from the house) and hiking (in the surroundings)."

"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs....

The villa offers a lot of space and very high comfort, everything was available and we felt very comfortable. With three children and a little further away from the sea, the large pool offers a welcome change, which we used daily. "This property is fabulous! The gorgeous photos online are exactly what you will find when you arrive. King size beds, modern bathrooms and showers, and beautiful design throughout. The apartments are well stocked and the hosts think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds and pool are amazing and maintained with care, and there are outdoor spaces with new furniture where you can sit and look at the panorama of gorgeous rolling hills. Best hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!"

"This property is a hidden gem in Civitanova Marche. The amenities at the property are amazing (hot tub, steam bath, sauna, etc). The living space is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. Most amazing is the host! She is incredibly friendly and accommodating. She left us with delicious food and even picked us up from our drop off location. REALLY WONDERFUL experience!"
