"Staff was fabulous and resort was incredible! The shuttle service was great as it was a little far to walk. All you had to do was ask for a ride and they were there. All of their suggestions for dining were spot on!"

"An excellent hotel, very well maintained, right on the lake and next to the ferry terminal. The breakfasts are particularly superb and the dining options are very good indeed. Plenty of helpful bar and dining staff. Only minor criticisms are: - tourist advice at the front desk. Certainly they try to help but are generally very very busy. While everywhere else is, if anything, overstaffed the front desk is understaffed. - no turndown service to the bedrooms and a small complementary chocolate - a Nespresso coffee machine in the rooms!"

"Old school pictures didn’t do this excellent hotel justice. The hotel felt traditional, elegant and classy. The pool and gardens in the back offered a private and relaxing reprieve. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was great. Latte is just milk. Felt like more than a 3 star hotel."
