"Great location and nice owner. There are many good dining options near the hotel as well as shopping. The nice thing is that it is away from the tourist area yet a 25 min walk to Duomo. If you are a light sleeper this property might not be the best as you can hear a lot of street noise and garbage and recycling in the morning. Good price."

Donatella made reservations for us for the far best Restorante in Town.One time we wore trying to get seated in one off the best Restorante in Bellagio, but with out the reservation we wore not able. I texted Donatella and she got us a table. Looks like everyone knows her, this is just awesome. If we ever come back, we’ll be staying ONLY in this place....

"The description of the property is misleading. It claims to offer breakfast but it does not, offering only kitchen facilities to make breakfast Apparently many visitors have been misled in this way. And we all have paid for a service we did not receive. Apart from this lesson in checking the small print, we realized too late that a "private bathroom" is not en-suite"

"We are Americans visiting in July. We wanted a spot close to Malpensa airport and it did great with that! It is right above the bakery which had great stuff. It is advised to check-in when the bakery is open. We arrived in the morning to be safe. Not sure when the exact closing hour is. The room we had did have a wheelchair accessible shower which was flat with no retainment. So, water did go everywhere unless you lower the water pressure. There is air conditioning which helps a lot on a hot day...
