Not easy to find on first visit as rhe name on the door outside can very easily be missed, but otherwise a really good place to stay and an excellent welcome."

"This was by far the worst experience I’ve had!!! I booked many hotels and had no issues but this hotel was the most frustrating. The train was delayed so we missed our connection. Check in closes at 10pm. I emailed and also text the hotel that I would arrive on time but right around 9:45. I arrived at 9:45 but they closed. I called and the lady answered. I told her we are down stairs and she would not let us in. She said Check in closes at 9 and I said the website said 10. She was awake and...
