Fantastic location and beautiful room. Amazingly helpful team and being able to access the Juliet courtyard with the famous statue out of hours without the crowds was great. Definitely recommend this hotel.

What an amazing place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was a special experience having Juliet to ourselves. The addition of the jacuzzi on the roof top which you could hire for a hour was a fun way to watch the sunset.

Easy access from nearby piazza. The room was warm, but cooled down at night with windows open. Staff was very nice. It was a little haed to find due to the long line thru the alley leading to Juliette’s Balcony… I wasn’t aware this attraction was in the same courtyard as the hotel!

Hotel Milù Milano was a fantastic stay in Milan. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions and great shopping areas. The hotel has a very modern and stylish design, which I really loved. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Even though I had ordered something before I arrived, the hotel was very helpful in assisting with the delivery. Unfortunately, the order was delayed until after I left, so I had to request a refund, but I truly appreciated how accommodating the hotel was — perfect for a shopaholic like me! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Well decorated, clean, and large room. Staff was friendly and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Hotel was located in convenient area. There is a hot tub available for guests, but it must be booked in advance through reservations and requires a small fee.
