Located between the towns of Polistena and Cittannova in the plain of Gioia Tauro, Villa La Favorita, which was erected in the early 17th century, is in an olive grove of 6 hectares with secular trees - at least 300 years old, trunks of around 2/3 meters in circumference, candidates for the protection of UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

Villa La Favorita also benefits from the unique privilege of being located exactly halfway between two seas, the Tyrrhenian Sea, characterized by the charm of the steep cliffs that alternate with beaches and the Ionian Sea, an immense sandy coastline of about 400 kilometers of virgin beach.

The house is a rural stone building of about 250 square meters hinged on two floors. In front of the house enjoy a charming large courtyard of 300 square meters with a well of pure spring water. Next to the house overlooking the living room, a cool garden with a small pergola where you can have breakfast and dinner. The rooms are spacious and simple, decorated with antique furniture in the style of the rural tradition of the 19th century. The house is heated by gas heaters and also has two magnificent old fireplaces. The holiday home is equipped with 5 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and a bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine.
