"The room was lovely. Charming and clean. The staff was really helpful, welcoming and lovely to work with. The bedding could use an update. The room information discussed different pillow options, but when asking there were no other options available. The down pillows are nice but for someone who is allergic and needs a firmer pillow it would be nice to have options. "Room was great size and value for two people. Location was ideal as it is across the river from the Old Town and on the cute, main road, which is exactly where I wanted to stay. The hotel also was able to store our bags after we checked out and continued to explore the city. Took off 1 star because we went to sleep with the windows open and on Saturday morning the trash collection people arrived early (5am or something) and it was very loud. "This hotel is a bit far from old town to walk all the time if you plan to do a lot of things there, but catching the bus was great. The 22 picks up closest. The a/c was on the weak side, but for the price I'm glad I got any a/c."
