"My stay at Le Méridien Denver was truly wonderful overall. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the level of service throughout the property was thorough and attentive. A special thank you to Robert at Corrine and Ryan, the bartender—both were absolutely lovely and really elevated the experience with their warmth and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience with the Moët & Chandon vending machine in the lobby was genuinely upsetting and frustrating. It was something I had been specifically looking forward to, yet getting tokens turned into a drawn-out and disorganized ordeal. I was repeatedly sent to different areas of the hotel—three separate times—with no clear direction, each staff member passing me along without taking ownership. What should have been a simple request turned into nearly thirty minutes of unnecessary back-and-forth. When the bartender finally stepped in to advocate on my behalf, the manager from Corrine eventually appeared, dropped the tokens in front of me without any acknowledgment, apology, or explanation, and immediately walked away. The lack of basic courtesy and accountability in that moment felt dismissive and frankly unacceptable, especially given how simple the situation should have been to resolve. It left me feeling overlooked and put a noticeable damper on what had otherwise been a seamless stay. Overall, a beautiful hotel with standout staff, but there’s clear room for improvement in how guest concerns are handled"

"I loved my stay. The hotel is located very close to the 16th Street where you can hop in the free mall travel bus. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, but it would have been more appreciated if it had had vegetables and salads. The evening reception is also delightful - I loved my mocktail and the onion deep with crackers. The room is spacious and offers a great view of the Rockies. I loved the bath products - so nourishing to my skin. The room has a microwave oven and a fridge, which is definitely a plus to have takeaway food in a room. The hotel staff is very accommodating to my requests and needs."

"The overnight rate for the valet is $59, so don't be surprised like I was. Public parking is across the street, but I didn't want to use it at night. The valet called me three times at 7 a.m. to ask if I had the key to my car: I couldn't get to the phone quickly enough to answer the first two times. I had left the key with the valet, so the call was totally unnecessary and totally unwelcome at 7 a.m. The air conditioning unit went on and off every five minutes all night no matter what temperature I set it at. I was in Denver for a medical procedure and need my sleep more than usual, but was awake most of the night from the on-and-off a.c. I have never stayed at a Hyatt with one smaller and softer pillow than the others on the bed. It was like sleeping with a bed roll for a pillow. The location is downtown, so if you aren't used to traffic noise, you're unlikely to get a good night's sleep unless the a.c. is running constantly - not on and off at five-minute intervals. Won't stay there again."
