"Everything was great, but the stairs to the room were brutal. I requested garden level as I have problems with stairs but don’t know they have main level rooms. They will assist taking your luggage up but not down. Plan accordingly. "

The overall potential of the property and its intention to make it the quality hotel it will be definitely outweighed the few hiccups during our stay. Huge shout-out to Twitter - Mr. Whitter - you're a breath of fresh air in that dining room, sir. I pray you keep that spark - you're truly working in your calling. Thank you for making my family feel cared for and fed right! OJ, that coconut run and pineapple juice will be my favorite drink at that bar! Thank you, sir! The third-floor ocean-view room was my absolute favorite part of this trip!! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! We stayed on the 1st floor fr a few days and it was also very clean and water pressure was superb!! Looking forward to seeing the upgrades needed by the pool area - chairs, pool&bar. Updated menus, and all the other amazing amenities that you all will be working on!"

"The apartment is not the same as what they are advertising on the site with the pictures. There are windows all around the house that open but have no screen which caused bugs to get in and tear my whole body up even with the windows shut. There was no actual soap like other places would provide so make sure you bring your own. There were towels offered but no wash clothes. The apartment always was not ready when we arrived. All in all, I would not stay here again especially because of the windows and the bugs eating you alive. "

"Walkable to beach and a main strip.. if you are good with hills and steep steps. Decent food by poolside bar within property. Safe and friendly place to enjoy a short visit or extended stay. Good view of the bay from rooftop and my room also faced the water from terrace. "
