"Location was good but check in was difficult over the phone. I was disappointed to find our bathroom was not in our room and was in fact down the hall. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, there was no mirror in the room and no plug sockets next to the bed. The kitchen was clean but there was no wine opener or chopping boards. "

"Ho trovato la camera davvero fantastica: il letto comodissimo, il bagno ben attrezzato con un doccia con un bel getto. La colazione era sempre buonissima e molto abbondante. Claudia è gentilissima e molto disponibile: avevamo bisogno di un ombrello e ce ne ha prestato uno senza problemi, gli ultimi tre giorni avevamo bisogno di anticipare la colazione di un'ora e anche con poco preavviso ha fatto in modo che la trovassimo pronta per tempo il giorno dopo. "At first glance this apartment seemed inconvenient and awkward, but this impression was completely wrong. The apartment is outside of town on the edge of a semi industrial area, but in fact it is in a suburban area an easy 12 minute walk along quiet streets to the heart of town, and even less time to expansive supermarkets. (There are busy streets too, but they are easily avoided). The greatest treasure of the apartment, however, is the hosts book of suggestions. Every Italian is better...
