Anna is an excellent hostess - and the place reflects that. Eye to detail, very clean and modern facilities, central position (though bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the railway tracks are near) and shuttle to cruise terminal if required. I’ll definitely stay again.

Our host Anna was magnificent, she was so nice and a very happy person, she gave us helpful information like where to eat and where to shop for groceries and transportation. The hotel was a perfect little spot around a little to see and q9 minutes from the cruise port.

Great communication from the host right from the time we booked right up until we checked out. The room and washroom was very clean (l am very picky)! It is in a great location close to the coast, restaurants/bars and within waking distance to the Port. When l say Port, l mean the general Port Authority area. There is a FREE bus that takes you from the ferris wheel area right to the cruise port. So easy! Highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, staff, communication, air conditioning and location.

This property was super convenient if you’re going on a cruise. We made it our home base, and did travel between Civitavecchia and Rome. The train ride was straightforward and fast, took about 45 minutes. Even when we came back to our hotel at night, it felt safe. It was about a 10 minute walk from the station. The room was clean, spacious. And the AC was super nice since it was a hot couple of days for us. The host was super helpful and friendly. We communicated through WhatsApp. Would definitely visit again!

We came to this small Inn before boarding our ship. We were very close to the port which made our transfers easy. We were welcomed as if we were family and taken great care of. The bed was comfortable and everything from the bathroom to the floors had just been freshly cleaned. We felt safe and were very happy with our choice. We would stay again.

Upon arrival, we wondered if we were in the right place, as Port Inn looks more like a small condo building than a traditional hotel, with a very small sign, PORT INN.. However, the owner, Anna, arrived promptly and was very friendly and helpful. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, but it was cleaned and ready by 11 AM, which was much appreciated after a long international flight. The room was small but very clean and perfectly adequate for our one-night stay before our cruise. The Inn is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Breakfast is simple, with self-serve coffee and a few packaged snacks. While there aren’t many amenities, the Inn was clean, safe, comfortable, and had an elevator. Anna also arrived promptly the next morning to shuttle us to the ship. Overall, Port Inn served our needs perfectly, and we would happily stay again.

Staff was very accommodating and rearranged our driver several times due to delays. Room is clean but basic. Very good restaurant around the corner and you get 2 free drinks. Espresso machine in the room. It’s good for an overnight stay.

This inn is absolutely wonderful. It seems that it has been recently renovated, and they have done a fantastic job. We were able to easily book private airport and cruise transfers for a reasonable price. The room itself had a nespresso machine and several snacks available, while there was also a kitchenette area for all guests to use featuring cold filtered water, hot water for tea, and cookies. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which was exactly what we needed after a while traveling! Additionally, we were given 2 tokens for free drinks at a nearby restaurant. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Location was good. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean however, it was not what I expected. It is hard to describe this set up. It was not your typical hotel/motel. It was not an Air-bnb. It was not bed n breakfast. For one night we made it work.

The hotel is very close to the train station and the city center. Our hotel room was very spacious with coffee maker n small snacks. Hotel room is sparkling clean and the bathroom is way big. We will book this hotel again. Anna was sweet and very pleasant, she rendered excellent service for our stay.

The room was excellent. Completely spotless and clean! Location is close to train station which was a plus. Ana, the Port Inn representative was very very friendly and helpful. Did not explore much around the hotel we are so tired from flying 8.5 hours. Drive to cruise ship terminal is not far which is good. Thank you Ana!
