The service was amazing from start to finish, and the breakfast each morning was spectacular—served with a beautiful view of the lake. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from all the best restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. A special thank you to Michele, who was incredibly thoughtful and kind. He shared some wonderful history about the hotel and made our entire experience feel so personal and special. The hotel is still run by his family, and you can truly feel the love and care they put into everything. Everyone we met was warm and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home, and we’re already dreaming about coming back."

"This is an incredible hotel, with perhaps the best location in Lake Como. Giulia was very kind and helpful upon check-in. And the best was to come - the location and the view (if you get a lake viewing room) are unbeatable! Varenna is perhaps the best town on Como, and you are steps from the Lido (small beach), beautiful walks, and the walk up to Castello di Vezio. Regarding the room- it was super clean, comfortable and had all we needed, with nice small touches. We did not agree with any of the concerns others manifested (eg, noise)"
