"I can’t say enough great things about this hotel and the staff. Very clean and spacious room but most of all the kind staff was amazing. I left a pretty expensive item in the room and they went above and beyond to find it and have it sent back to me. 5 stars all around "

"I have stayed at hotels before pandemic and afterwards. The staff and room were exceptional here. On our trip we have 5 more hotels and so far the ones we have hit do not come close to the hotel Lucia. Highly recommend it. One minor item is room service would like better but with everything else they offer it is okay. "

"Likes: Very courteous and friendly front-desk staff that were extremely helpful in meeting our needs (special recognition to Derrick and Mar); very comfortable and spacious room well-equipped with amenities, great location in close walking distance to shopping and dining, and to Washington Park, reasonable room rates. Did not like: Very tight parking spaces at the Suites (we regularly parked across the street at the Inn, which had wider parking spaces), less than satisfactory housekeeping service (often forgot to replenish required toiletries and towels)."
