"The house was a perfect base for our redwoods visit. We were able to walk to restaurants and the beach. Clean and comfortable with lots of extra blankets and pillows. We are from Missouri, and in our area restaurants stay open til 10-11pm, so just a heads up, restaurants close around 8pm so plan ahead. There isn't air conditioning, which makes sense, since it never really gets hot outside, but the house does warm up quite a bit, so open some windows and you'll be fine (us southerners are used to cold air conditioning all summer since we deal with very hot temps). Quiet neighborhood, very private for being in town. No complaints with the house! We loved our stay! My only suggestion to the host would be maybe a couple of box fans for us southerners. We would definitely come back!"

"What a gorgeous and special place. We literally gasped when we saw the view of the bay and ocean from this apartment. The couch was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious, and the yard was full of blooming flowers and happy birds. Trinidad is a very walkable community and this was the perfect home base right nextdoor to a great local restaurant too. The hosts were so accommodating and made sure we were able to get in ok and had everything we needed. The sauna was a big perk too. We didn't want to leave! I highly recommend this stay to others looking to relax in a quiet and peaceful seaside town."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time staying at the Sandpiper House and it did not disappoint. We go the the Redwoods to hike but Trinidad has the ocean and this house has the views. It's just a delightful place to come back to each day. It's perfect for us."

"The online portrayal of the Osprey cabin was exactly as we hoped when we arrived. The accommodations were perfect as we enjoyed our honeymoon with their property. We even received a special welcome to our stay and these newlyweds were very appreciative. Communication was great and we hope to book again. Thank you for providing a magical stay during a special time for us."

"We loved our stay! Beautiful location with walkable places to eat and a grocery store nearby. We loved the layout of the house that offered lots of space and places to relax inside and outside. The path to the beach is fun! It would be difficult for someone with joint issues (but my 81 year old dad managed!) Once you are at the beach it’s a gorgeous location. Very secluded and full of rocks and of course there are seals! I would stay there again and hope to someday soon."
