"Do NOT stay here!! This place was by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. The floor in my room was so dirty they charged me $10 for a towel that got ruined when I had to wipe the floor in the bathroom to even go in there. All hours of the day and night there were Adults that would hang out in the parking lot and would try to get into people's cars and one of the night shift ladies is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered at any hotel. I will say the ONLY good thing at this place was their daytime staff they were all very nice. You would be happier and safer just sleeping in your car than staying here. "

"The property was not remodeled. The floors were torn up and the property was dirty and had stains and rips in the furniture. The hosw was also not helpful."

"The house was is a good location. There were ants all over the door in the master bedroom. The cleaning lady showed up to deliver toilet paper after we checked in and said she didn’t realize tenants were checking in that day. Reached out to the owner 3 times, once before check in and and twice while staying there with no response. There is a studio style room in the back that looks like it is rented out separately as there is its own entrance. The pictures were not included on vrbo or information that it was there. We did have access to it but not sure if that was purpose. We (luckily) paid the upfront insurance coverage and after got a damage claim for a broken ceiling fan which absolutely was not from us. Overall the stay was fine but the lack of communication and damage claim we would never stay here again. "

"The sheets on the king size bed did not appear to have been changed. There were crumbs under the top sheet and stains on the bed spread. We found sheets in the dryer and replaced the fitted sheet. We had brought some blankets so were able to sleep on the bed.Chain for the fan in the TV room is missed to control the fan.Most of the windows were unlocked. I was able to get them to lock. Kitchen window was the hardest.Noticed a small hole in closet door caused by lock on the doorknob in the bedroom with queen bed. After I left the above message with the management company, did not receive any communication from them, very disappointed.Also, noticed that there is a very large gap under the front door, to allow any type of insect to enter the house, plus losing a lot of cooling and heating.Appears that there are some water damages to the ceiling where the wall and ceiling join in the bedroom that has the king size bed.Sure, hope the owner is told about what I reported, I know if I owned the property I would like to know so that issues are taken care of. It was near to the college, which was nice."
