"The property was very clean other than the carpet needs either to be replaced or cleaned. It was pretty peaceful other than the motel is right on the main road and the traffic is very noisy. We didn't hear it inside the motel, just when we were sitting outside. The beach is just next door. There is no gift shop anymore. It would be good for families or couples. They also allow dogs. We would stay again."

"Flat 2 was truly the perfect space for us, and the location was close to where our family stays. Seeing the love, care, and transformation of the marina was truly a sight to behold, as someone who grew up going to Houghton Lake every summer. Kevin was accommodating, kind, and truly a pleasure to work with. He was fast at communication and made the check-in process as smooth as possible. "Very nice place and very comfortable! We basically only slept here and commuted to a pool tournament. It was very welcoming! I had trouble with the Verbo app with the inbox. I received notifications but would never have anything in my inbox. My apologies if the host tried to communicate. Thank you for the beautiful space! I wish we had time to utilize the awesome patio with the lake view!"
