"The room smelled of stale cigarettes. The hot tub was beautiful but not that clean. They charge 25.00 for the use of an old pack and play which is absurd. Charging families for a bed for their baby is such a money grab and gross. "

"The breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausages, waffle maker, selection of bagels/bread with a toaster available. There was yogurt, muffins, cereal and fruit. Coffee and juice was available as well. Staff was very friendly. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. The rooms were decent. Beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom was in need of some repairs (wallpaper peeling, the caulking in the bathtub has definitely seen better days). However, for the cost it’s definitely worth it. We were only there for one night so it was fine. "

"The property is fabulous. Nice boutique hotel on Main Street in Newmarket across from a great coffee shop. A couple of small challenges include parking as there’s limited parking that’s covered in a few extra spots uncovered. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to change in the front desk, control it from there. Staff was amazing and rooms were clean and we serviced daily while we were out so there was no inconvenience to our day."

"The property Was messy and the staff did not make me feel welcomed. The breakfast was to start at 7:30, no hot food was out at 7:45, I left with a yogurt, a banana and a coffee…. Not what I would consider breakfast!"
