"Overall I was satisfied with my stay at Embassy Suites aside for a few details that I reported to the front desk. Room was clean but the bathroom needs more attention. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was just right."

"The housekeeping and maintenance/engineering staff seemed very welcoming and friendly. They always acknowledged me with a smile and a greeting. Front desk staff seemed indifferent. Not rude, but not welcoming. They seemed to be very young and inexperienced in customer services, but I was was able to check-in and check-out without issues or delays. I'm six feet tall, and the shower head is at the level of my nose. Not a deal-breaker, and the water pressure was always strong. Free parking is a big plus and the location is very close and convenient to shops and restaurants. I've stayed here multiple times and I believe it is an excellent value."

"Room and amenities were as expected for this brand, price, and location. Front desk staff were very nice. Evening schedule ran very late, so I called and they were accommodating about checking me in at 2:30am. Also spilled a drink on myself right before check out and they gave me a little extra time past the original 11am check out to run back to rinse/change clothes so I didn’t have to head out in sticky clothes."
