The staff was excellent and I enjoyed the breakfast. The only issue I had was the lack of outlets near the bed to charge your phone. I attended a wedding at Gretna and the reception was held here, I really enjoyed the dinner!"

"Serious problem on phone when trying to enter the building due to the lady on line unable to explane that the room key and front door keys were in the lock box.
I discussed this with the manager the following day and he accepted that the lady did have problems in explaining things.
Note that anyone arriving without an operating telephone would not be able to get the code for the lock box!!!
