"The room itself is clean, bathroom needs a little more TLC. Staff were great, the biggest issue I had was the hot water. I had to call the front desk every morning and evening to turn on the back up to get some hot water. I must say they were pretty fast in getting it turned on, except for one night when I returned to the hotel and all the staff that were in charge of that area had left and there was no one to turn it on and so I had to take a cold shower. "Upon arrival, the hotel greeter Allison advised us they we did not have a reservation or paid booking. We than showed her a copy of receipt and paid booking from 2 months ago. Expedia called the hotel and they finally gave us a key. 30 minutes later Alison called our phone demanding payment.No hot water and ac is more like a fan. Not sure if the hotel was trying to scam us since we our foreigners to them. Save the hassle and book somewhere else"

"This was a GREAT place to stay on our travel from Kingston to Ocho Rios. The host family of the B&B could not have been more accommodating and friendly. We really felt at home staying here. We sat on the super relaxing porch and talked with the hosts getting to know them for a long time in the evening because they were so friendly. The breakfast that was cooked for us in the morning was absolutely delicious. I felt extremely safe staying here. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Fun family resort. Good food and nice, helpful staff. However, room and bathroom was unsanitary. Shower had an order along with towels."

"Great family resort, travelled with a two year old and ten year old on a 3 night 4 day stay and they loved it. The rooms are not very big, they aren’t tiny, they were clean and had everything you needed, were quite comfortable but beware that if you have more than two people in the room it can be a challenge finding places to put your stuff or even open up your suitcase. Lots of pushy sales stuff you gotta say no to. Apart from that, all the staff weee very friendly and professional, everyone was helpful, the beaches, the pools, the nightly shows were all wonderful. I’d go back."

"The rooms were clean, house keeping was phenomenal, staff personnel all over the resort were helpful. The only con that I have w/ the resort compared to other resorts I have stayed in other countries, the drink were not strong! The drinks at the bar tasted like absolutely juice."

"The beach is not on the doorstep! The hotel provide a shuttle bus. 10am-4pm. The hotel is up a steep hill. Most staff were helpful. The basement bedrooms were clean but smelt damp. Breakfast was amazing. A property 3 course Jamaican breakfast. Good location Air conditioning worked well. good size bedrooms work two queen beds."
