"Firstly, every single staff member was pleasant, helpful and truly amazing. This country endured a horrendous hurricane and most of this resort was closed for repair. They recently opened with short staff and those people gave us topnotch attention, smiles jokes and energy. Beds were comfortable, ease of check in and check out. Property is so large you need to be carted to the parking. Drinks weren’t bad , you have a top shelf option, food wasn’t bad but resorts have to cater to EVERYONE so diets etc. but their options were vast. Great stay can’t wait for the family side to open so I can take the kids"

"My stay at The Cardiff Hotel & Spa in Runaway Bay is a true gem. The staff was warm and attentive, making me feel welcome. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with reliable amenities. The property was beautiful with some amazing views. We did not go into the pool, but I visited the beach and had a wonderful time in the water. We had breakfast at the well‑kept dining area, and it was so, so delicious; the food was 10/10. Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat with excellent service and great value. Highly recommended. 10/10 Excellent stay! They will surely see me again"
