Rooms were immaculate Beds and pillows were very high end and comfortable. If we ever have to stay in Bowmanville again there is no question we would be here"

But the on-duty manager Carlyn is a gem! I've worked in the customer service, hospitality and travel industries and Carlyn checks all the boxes. Her outstanding friendliness is matched only by her informative & thorough check-in. She gives the guest a aense of value and makes the blah town of Whitby a place you want to visit (as does Jason at the bar in Milestones, but I digress). Excellent stay! "
