"The place looks pretty bad from out front but once inside the courtyard is actually very nice. Large, clean pool and attractive landscaping. Small but clean rooms. Noisy at times, as we were by the pool and didn’t have kids of our own with us so we weren’t really wanting to hear all that. No interaction with staff other than the man that checked us in. He was less than friendly, shall we say? "

"Meh. Low luke warm water shower. Clean, but cheap toilet paper. Just average. EASY check in though! Very friendly "

"I have stayed at the Vine many times over the years my daughter was at UC Davis. It is close to everything. I love the location, cleanliness and parking. It has gotten more expensive over the years and of course some weekends are more expensive than others. 2 things that they need are face wash cloths and better breakfast options. Hard boiled eggs would be good and granola and nonfat yogurt. Other than that I love it!"

"Initially, I rated this motel as poor because our first room was in poor condition with a broken shower and stained towels. However, the housekeepers notified the front staff that the room was not up to par, so we were moved to a much nicer room. Not sure why this wasn’t discovered before we were given our room, but we appreciate the awareness and accommodations."
