Horrible place to stay. The place seems days away from being condemned. I can say that the AC in the room worked well. Nothing else positive to add.

The room had a horrible odor. The manager tried to help by cleansing the AC unit to no avail. We purchased a small candle and the day we left the odor was gone. It was very quiet and easy access to the town

Good value

A good value stay. Not the Ritz but clean, reasonable and friendly owners onsite. Stay frequently when in Clarksdale. Convenient location.

The staff were very nice. The property is older and has some scuffs and dents. It was surprisingly very quiet with a cold AC and a decent bed.

The hotel building is old and has not been renovated. However, everything is clean and in a working condition. The strongest point for this hotel is their extra friendly and very sweet staff.

Friendly front desk and quiet, clean rooms

I’ve been staying here regularly for a work project and I have no complaints. Nice, clean, and quiet hotel compared to the lower costing others in the area. The other’s rooms are much smaller, and one is loud all hours of the night. The people here at the front desk are very friendly and accommodating, and the beds are comfortable. It’s a little older, but no bugs and everything is always set up nice and neat.

Bed was comfortable. Although everything you need for an overnight stay was provided the room was generally a bit tired looking but then that is reflected in the price. Breakfast was very limited, bread, muffins, cereal etc
