This quaint 2-bedroom/1-bath retreat is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a cozy living room with fireplace.Our beautifully landscaped fenced-in yard offers a custom swimming pool for a refreshing escape on hot summer days. Spend your days fishing or kayaking on the River, or hiking to the breathtaking nearby waterfalls. Plus, with easy access to the University of the Ozarks, Serpent Cave, playgrounds, and the Aquatic Center, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Great Stay for the Eclipse!
This home is positively lovely and exceeded our expectations. We were able to seamlessly book and check-in. We loved the home and luxurious backyard with great pool. Michael and Amber were responsive, friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. We are looking forward to booking with them again for future trips to Arkansas!
