"All was very good in our room, the breakfast buffet and staff were very friendly and helpful. The stairwell wasn't as clean as it could have been maybe. There was some mud clumps in the stairwell between the ground floor and 1st floor that were there the whole time we were. The other concern we have is to do with our payment. The payment was accidently put through on a Visa when we asked for the M/C....a totally acceptable mistake. However, the amount we were charged $620.75 and the amount we were credited back with $588.65 were different. The transactions happened instantly, so there should not have been a difference. We are out of pocket $32.10, which we would appreciate a credit for. Thank you!"

"We had overnight stay for next day flight. The boutique hotel has spacious well pointed room, location is very convenient for us. Free street parking at night, shops and restaurants only a couple of minutes walk. We will stay here again next time in Amsterdam."

"The hotel was lovely - the room and common areas were all clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always did the utmost to make our stay the best it could be. The complimentary breakfast offered much more variety than we expected, and was excellent! Our only issue was that the air conditioning was temporarily out of commission during our stay as the units had issues changing from winter mode to summer mode. Although this was completely out of the control of the staff, they were still very apologetic and offered us free drinks and even brought us a fan to help cool off our room. The stay was lovely, and we would be happy to stay here again, should we ever return to Amsterdam!"
