"I’m not sure if they were doing renovations but it was like night and day mine and my families room at this hotel. My fiancé and I got the room on the picture and my dad and grandparents got a nightmare. With roaches and pee smelling mattresses. I have never been more sorry as this was for my graduation and I asked them to go here. There was barely anything for breakfast. Things just weren’t clean in all rooms. Our sheets weren’t clean, the vanity has dirty spots.. the list goes on. Please save yourself the trouble. This place is for one night.. if you really have too."

"Booked 3 rooms for graduation at GSU. Booked 2 King Suites with Disability Access Nd 1 Double Queen room. Requested early check in and was confirmed by staff but rooms had not been cleaned when we arrived. We had to wait 45 minutes for one room to be cleaned. The King Suites were not disability friendly. Toliets were very low with no grab bar to help with standing. Didn't even attempt to shower due to having to step over in the tub."

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The rooms appeared fine at first glance but then the bugs appeared. Roaches. And not just our room. Three different rooms. The amount of dirt along the baseboards was nasty. The staff was gone by the time we noticed and still not there when we had to go. Rooms in the whole town were sold out because of graduation so we didn’t have a choice but to stay. Never again will I stay at this establishment. I will think twice about using hotels.com if this is the type of place you represent. Disgusting."
