"Great overall experience, every staff member that we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. We forgot one minor toiletry item, called down to reception to inquire if they happen to have what we neede and it was delivered to our door, free of charge within about 5 minutes. "

"I loved how my room had a doorbell. The shower was the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The floor to ceiling windows gave luxury but my view was of the Super 8 sign. Overall I would stay here again, I’d just hope that housekeeping would actually clean my room next time."

"The room was clean but not what we were expecting from the pictures it showed. The area was a little sketchy. Didn’t feel as safe as we have been at other hotel locations in the Kansas City area. The good thing about the property is that we had a room booked there for 3 nights, but had a death in the family, so needed to cancel a couple of those nights. I had gone through a 3rd party company, and they wouldn’t let me cancel. I got a hold of the property and asked to cancel two of the 3 nights. They refunded the whole amount and I rebooked for the one night that I needed. "

"Clean, great staff. Some construction nothing major. I guess like everywhere coffee shop prices are so high. Miss beverage stations here. Coffee and soda are complimentary from waitress but not convenient like beverage station."

"Didn't clean the room, shampoo was out, pool was closed period of time both days. Loud as ever, doors slam...."

"They should really have breakfast. The tub had a slow drain so when I showered I was standing in water. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the balcony too. Although I don’t believe it actually locked because I couldn’t figure out how to lock it once I opened it. I used the fitness room and the pool, loved them both. We had a great stay and would stay again."
